Located in Saint-Mathieu de Rioux, in the Bas-St-Laurent region of Quebec, Basques Hardwood Charcoal has been producing natural lump charcoal for over 35 years. Over the years, we’ve come to know the industry like the backs of our hands so that we can offer a high-quality, sought-after product, loved by chefs, grill masters and grill amateurs, as well as caterers in major North American markets, such as Boston, Toronto, New York, Hartford and Washington.

Our products are now distributed in Atlanta, Georgia and in southern Ontario, in Brantford and Windsor. They are now also available in the states of Washington, Oregon, Ohio, Michigan and Idaho and provinces of British-Colombia and Alberta, where sugar maple charcoal is an exotic, high-end and unique product.
